Cancellation

Plans change — we get it. We simply ask for as much notice as you can give so we can adjust the schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just reach out by call, text, or email and we’ll take care of it.

Payment

You submit a booking request through the site, and payment is collected separately — typically by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash. We’ll always confirm the amount with you before your visit, so there are no surprises.

Safety

Your home and your peace of mind come first. We treat every home with care and respect, use products responsibly, and are happy to talk through any specific requests or sensitivities before we begin.

Pets

We love animals! For now, HomeHavens is dog-friendly — we’re comfortable working in homes with dogs. Let us know about your pets when you book so we can plan the visit around everyone’s comfort.
