How do I book a visit?
The easiest way is right here on the site — fill out the Booking form and we’ll follow up to confirm the details and your custom quote. You can also call or text (580) 402-9137, or email homehavensenid@gmail.com.
What are your hours?
HomeHavens is a 24/7 operation — there’s no fixed window. We work around your schedule and life, whenever works best for your home.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No — we bring what we need. If you’d prefer we use specific products you already have, or you’d like eco-friendly options, just let us know and we’ll happily accommodate.
How does payment work?
You submit a booking request through the site, and payment is collected separately — typically by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash. We’ll confirm the amount and how to pay before your visit.
What services do you offer?
Home Reset & Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Laundry, Organization, Errands, Minor Repairs, and Lawn Care. Pet Care (dog-friendly) is coming soon. Everything is customizable — mix and match to fit your home.
What areas do you serve?
Our home base is in Enid, and we serve the surrounding communities within a 15–30 mile radius — 25+ towns including Kremlin, Waukomis, Hennessey, Okarche, Garber, and more. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
Are you a big company or local?
HomeHavens is a locally owned, one-woman home-support service — not a national chain. That means real, personal attention and a familiar, dependable presence in your home.
Can I set up recurring visits?
Absolutely. Ask about the Care Pass membership for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits with priority scheduling and preferred member pricing.
